We can not submit 2016-17 Assessment year Returns now right? Why it is available in Income tax department website?
Can we submit ITR 2014-15 Manually ? how to do it?

You can submit your return Foy A.Y 16-17 till the end of one year from the end of relevant assessment year i.e till 31/03/2018

The availability of the form is for filing ITR u/s. 139(4)..... i.e. belated return.
