what is ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION INCORRECT which appears in My Status > Refund Status details after logging in Income Tax Website

U might have provided type of account or ifsc code incorrect

However u submit refund reissue request to get ur refund

Login to efiling site and submit refund reissue request which will be under my account tab

Provide details as required and provide correct bank details now

I followed wat u have said but it is asking for CPC Communication Reference No. & Refund Sequence No.(as per CPC Order) which our Audit Manager had lost that Order & Reference No.Can I do my best vthout these two things

U can make a request online for cpc intimation 143(1) again...it will send again to u via email

Go to my account and there click on resend intimation 143(1)

U may receive cps intination with in 2 to 5 days

As and when u got cpc intimation u can file refund reissue request
