ITR 4 IS TO BE USED AND ,PREPARATION OF BALANCE SHEET& P&L IS MAY NOT MANDATORY

IF HE IS NOT MAINTAINING BOOKS CAN FILE IN ITR4 PART A P&L PART51 (NOT MAINATINING BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS)
