for Salaried employee and whose exempt income is more than 70000, which form will be applicable for that assessee?

U can use ITR 1

But Sir ITR 1 is applicable is for those assessee whose exempt income is not more than 5000
So should i file ITR 2 or 1?

Both the ITRS r alike, u can use any one of the two. If u have other Incomes also then U must use ITR 2 .
