02 August 2017 Sir, I want to file ITR for the F.Y 2015-2016 & A.Y. 2016-2017 . My income are as under :

General Store ( Keerana Store) Rs. 290000
Insuranance Commission is Rs. 35247

Please let me know Which ITR FORM to be Filled up and code of nature of bussiness.

Please clear my doubts.

ITR 4 must be filed for AY 2015-16 & 2016-17.
You can file your return showing no accounts case and you will get the Code of nature of Business in Java Utility Itself in the drop down list.

@Dear Rashmi Ji,
ITR 3 would be applicable from AY 2017-18 Onwards
