15 March 2015 My father was a railway employee,he died on 31st jan 2013.Before that about 55000 rupees was deducted as tax from salary.Now iam getting email from IT department to file ITR for AY 13-14 till 31st march.so is it necessary to file this because i don't want any return. need quick help.

I would like to suggest that file the income tax return if the income exceed the limit. But before the department raises any further demand or issue any further notice of scrutiny, its better to file the return, even you dont want the return.
