Dear Sir
I have filled my ITR for AY 2014 -15 and I got following reply from CPC
The Income Tax Department- Centralized Processing Centre (ITD-CPC), Bangalore is not in a position to
proceed with the e-return filed by you, details of which are indicated above. The return is transferred to
Jurisdictional Assessing Officer (in AST) processing of which is to be done by the Jurisdictional Assessing
Officer who may be contacted for further clarifications if any.
what should I do.

Sir for Assessment year 2013-14 also my ITR is transferred to Jurisdictional Assessing Officer but till date I have not received any query from the AO. So what I should do.

Sir I have no refund but I want to know how much approx. time (i.e. 2years or 3 years or there is no time slab even after infinite time) AO shall take to process my ITR of AY 2013-14.
Secondly I want to know is it because of this ITR AY 2013-14, my ITR for AY 2014-15 also sent to AO and years to follows it shall go to AO only or something else.
Please guide.

A.O. has to send the notice for assessment with in 1 year from the date of completion of assessment year.
Incase no refund, you have to wait for notice from A.O. only.
