hello,
I have started a business of nursery of flower and also selling of seeds and pestisides which comes under the income of agriculture . please tell me do i need to file the itr for this business
and also tell me if i am starting my business as an individual sole proprieter do i need to registered anywhere in department .

01. Yes. You need to file ITR.
02. Apply for PAN in individual name
03. Depending upon the area where you are operating, you need to register under Shops and Establishment Act.
