ITR for A.Y. 2022-23 was filed under new regime but Form 10IE was not submitted

I filed my ITR [having business income] for A.Y. 2022-23 under new regime but forgot to submit the form 10IE. Income tax department later raised a demand.
Do I have an option to submit the form 10IE now or any other option that anyone can suggest?

No option now you have to pay the demand.

Can I revise my ITR and submit that under old regime?
Under old regime as well, I am not liable to pay tax. Does that help me in zero demand?
