Can i file the Income tax return for the Assessment Year 2017-18. Which I Forgot to file within due date.
If Possible Then What is The Procedure for filling the ITR

You cannot file return for AY 17-18.
If it is very important than you have to apply your Assessing Office giving him the reason for non filling the return

the application has to go to jurisdictional CIT, not the AO
