Itr filing without payment of interest u/s 234 b &c

Since I am not sure about my calculation of interest dues u/s 234 B and C, (different calculators leads to different amounts ) is it possible to file ITR online without payment of the dues u/s 234 B and C.
What I mean is will the ITR submission be rejected due to non payment of Interest dues.

whatever may be your calculation, the return at the time of filing should not reflect any outstanding tax liability. else it would rejected

Well thank you Mr.Kaushik for your reply.
My thinking is , if I do not pay interest u/s 234 B & C at the time of filing my ITR , surely the Tax Dept will raise their demand at the time of assessment which I can pay after receiving the demand. This way I can pay the right amount.

as I said, it should not have an outstanding liability in the return itself. In case the liability in the return is being shown as Nil, then the return will be processed, and any liability that may arise on account of 234A/b/c will be raised as demand

For me it is a self assessment for AY2015-16.
I file ITR online myself. As observed by you I will pay all the normal tax liability and will show Nil O/S liability in the ITR. I expect the Dept to check and raise 234 B & C demand as applicable and I will pay after demand receipt. In this way I can pay the correct interest amount.
My question to you is in the above case , would the Dept reject my ITR or would they process it and advise me the Interest amount. Please clarify. Thanks Regards

department wont reject the return in this case.
