ITR FILING WITHOUT ADHAAR

28 July 2017 since now Income tax department is accepting itr even if pan and adhaar are not linked but mentioning of adhaar number in the return is still mandatory. So please tell me that if I am not having adhaar number and file my itr without mentioning adhaar number in my return then what can be happened? becuase the the website will not stop you in uploading the return.

29 July 2017 You can file ITR without AADHAAR linking. It's available 31st July...... After July AADHAAR is must....
