24 March 2021 SIR- We are Pvt Ltd Company and It is not possible to file ITR for F.Y. 2019-20 before 31-03-2021.
Can we file it after Mar 31st 2021?

24 March 2021 Belated ITR can be filed either before the completion of the assessment year or by the end of the relevant assessment year.

So its not possible to file ITR for F.Y.2019-20 after 31/03/2021

Have to go for condonation of delay procedure to file return later, suggested to file return before 31/03/2021

25 March 2021 NO, YOU CANT FILE ITR FOR FY 2019-2020 AFTER 31/03/2021.

THEREAFTER YOU CAN ONLY FILE IF YOU WOULD APPLY FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY
AND THERE IS REFUND.
