Hi Sir/ Madam,
I was working in Malaysia from April 2012 till July 2014. I did not receive any payment from india during this time period. Kindly let me know if i should do ITR filing for the year 2013 - 2014.

you are not required to file return for the earlier years.
however, for FY 2013-14 onwards, tax return is to be filed if income is above tax exempted limit

so if you have income more than Rs 2 lakhs, then please do file the return.
