for ITR4S not applicable tax audit then what is the due date for filing it.

Further, the belated return u/s 139(4) can be filed till 31.03.2014 without any penalty but keep in mind that belated return filed u/s 139(4) can not be revised u/s 139(5). So be careful in filing belated return.
