If an employee receives a salary & commission on sales than which ITR shall be applicable to him.
Plz reply its urgent.

Incase you are receiving commission on sale from your employer, that also can be treated as Salary income only. so ITR -1 can be filed
Incase of commission on sale received from other persons, then that is business income, so ITR-4 can be filed
Incase of commission on sale received from other persons, then that is business income, so ITR-4 can be filed
