Dear Sir,
I am working of Central Government as a Defence Personal.I did not file of my Income Tax Return for A.Y. 2010-11 & 2011-12.But in this A.Y. I have some Refund.Now i want to know, is it possible to file my ITR and Claim this Refund.

Yes, you can file your return of Income for the A.Y. 2012-13. There is no requirement to file previous return for claiming refund.
