IF I M FILLING THE RETURN OF PY09-10 AND 10-11 THEN IS THERE ANY COMPULSION THAT THE TIME LAG BETWEEN THE SAME SHOULD BE OF MIN. 45 DAYS

There is no such compulsion, you can file the return simultaneously.
