19 September 2011 there is father and a son.
father is proprietor and has tax audit .
but in march father died accidently.

Son has also a properitor of his own business and also having tax audit.

now son has to file return of his father by representative assessee. but problem is that when login to father's account in incometax site there is need to update digital signatre...but digital signatures cant be updated ,...please help in this problem its very urgent

21 September 2011 If you have the digital signature of the father, file the return in the father's name using digital signature of the father.

i am very confused ....

is there is any DSC with PAN of father ...
