There is problem with calculate tax in ITR 6.. there is error

You are right. The problem is that interest u/s 234B is being generated even if 90% of assessed tax has been paid - apparently the utility is not considering 90% of assessed tax, it is considering 100% thereof.
We have logged complaints and sent mails along with screenshot of the error and scanned copy of PAN to the efiling administrator, as advised by them.
It appears that they will be extending the date of filing. However do not take any chances, file your return after paying any self-assessment taxes. You will have to file revised return once they upload the rectified utility.
