please tell me..if the assessee filed a return under section 44ad for nil tax payable..now what I should write income & other sources?

You have to declare minimum 8% income on gross turnover. If it comes tax bracket than no tax liability.

Yes you have to declare min 8% gross turnover , if you want to declare 190000/- declare the same.
