23 July 2011 ITR 4S Has column for Sundry Debtors & Creditors .....a person not maintaining his ACCOUNTS will file ITR 4S...THEN how is he going to furnish it..

23 July 2011 He can furnish it by noting the position as on 31.03.2011, by whatever record maintain by him.

In case he is dealing through bank only, he can cross verify these by the bank statement of his next 2 months according to the payments received and made by him.

He has to go through his unpaid bills as on 31.3.2011 and has to prepare a list.
