14 December 2016 Dear Experts,

A Assessee have a House. This house is Under Housing Loan it's ongoing from 2013 to 2028.
He is getting income from business and He want filing his ITR for AY 2016-17.
My Questions are.,
Which column I show the House Property in ITR Form...? and
If available deduction for Housing Loan Repayment & Interest amount for the Past Years (FY 2013 to 2016)...?

14 December 2016 If one house property only, file ITR 1, Sr. 2 is for House property and Annex Al to show the value of assets and Liabilities

Thank you for your reply...
"He is doing business. He is under 'Income from Business/Profession. His total turnover 10 Lakhs only and his House Value Rs. 18 Lakhs.
So, I'll file in this case in ITR4.
If I file this Account in ITR4.
Which column I show this House Property...?
Can I take Home Loan repay amount in Deduction...?
Please reply mam, I'm waiting for this filing...!!!

15 December 2016 I thought he was a salaried person.
What is his business ?
If it is an eligible business, you can take advantage of Section 44AD and file ITR4S

15 December 2016 He is doing Business for Trading and Service works and He is followed Books of Accounts.
So, we have file ITR4...!

My Query is He deducted his Housing Loan Repayment & Interest amount in computation Window.
But,
How to Show his Asset (House - Under Loan) on ITR...?
Which column is available in ITR4 for this House Property...? if Yes,
