07 March 2008 I want to submit my Income Tax Return Form No. ITR-4 [ with I.T.Dept. ] for the A.Y. 2007-2008. It is necessary to attached relevant certificates i.e. [ Lic Commission Certificate, Salary certificate, Housing Loan Certificate ] with ITR-4 TO I.T. Department.

07 March 2008 If you have filed with digital sign., you do not have to file anything with ITD. But incase, if you have filed without Digital Sign., you have to file only Acknowledgement i.e. Form-V with ITD without any attachment. You are not required to attach any documents in E-returns. But you have to maintain it properly because at the time of assessment, ITD may ask for that. Thanks.

07 March 2008 While filing the return ITR 4, no supporting documents and annexures are required to be submitted.

U have to keep the same for future purpose in case where the AO requires to verify the same
