26 September 2017 While filing ITR 4 of a good transport agency u/s 44AE,in 26AS it was reflecting amount credited approx 5.50 lakhs approx and no TDS was deducted,how to deal with amount credited kindly explain it in detail

26 September 2017 In my view., You can wait until it's reflect in 26AS or Consider your Deductor. They are the responsibility. So, ask to the Deductor.....

26 September 2017 In case you ll be file without reflect your tds amount in 26AS Dept ll be give notice. At the time you ll submit required documents...

26 September 2017 Sir in case of plying ,hiring or leasing of good carriage business ,if the owner owns less than 10 trucks does TDS is liable to be deducted?sir I don't know exactly but because of that it is not reflected in TDS coloum only the amount credited is reflected in 26AS

02 November 2021 Under presumptive taxation u/s. 44AE, the amount declared in 26AS will not have any effect, as the assessment is based on fixed rate over no. of trucks and not on amount received.
