Can I file my return of asstt year 2014-2015 in itr 4. if e file not possible can I file manual return with local itd

Dear Baburaj, ITR 4 is not yet out.
Shruti - you will have to wait. Plus whether you can file physical copy or not, shall depend on Rule 12.
