sir while i was trying to file itr 3 i got an error stating that 'please enter the source', please suggest me how to resolve it?

click the error link it's going particular sheet and row. Select your required options are Yes / No...

Yeah... Some times the ITR forms are getting errors. So, Download latest Utility...
Also try to JAVA utility...
