01 July 2017 If an individual filed return of particular year bcz his income was more than basic exemption but afterwards his income is below basic exemption then is it compulsory to file return or not for that particular year?

02 July 2017 No... If income is below basic exemption limit he don't want filing his return. Income is more than Basic limit. But, after computation it ll be down below basic limit he can file his ITR...
