Whether manual filing for ay 14-15, will make eligible for refund.
I have refund in ay 14-15,
Is there any option to get refund?

Yes, application for refund to ITO along with ITR & Form 16/16A

No, Date has over for AY 2014-15. It was 31st March 2016. either you filed it manual or online last date has over. Now you can file only if received the notice from income tax department.
If return has filed already than you can do the follow up regarding the process.
