I have income from trading of commodities online, [This is my only one and only one regular business] Can I file ITR 4S for AY 2015-16 or I should Only wait for the notification of ITR 4, Also please tell me if there is any extension of Last Date for filing return under ITR4 for AY 2015-16

you can file ITR4s provided you are offering 8% of turnover or more as profit...otherwise you need to file itr-4
