13 March 2015 I am facing a challenge with ITR 12-13, wherein a mistake happened that I submitted the return before deposit of tax and without writing challan no. of deposit of self assessment tax. Actually I should have deposited the tax first and thereafter return should have been submitted, whereas I submitted return first and after 5 minutes deposit the tax, which is reflected in the IT website also. Now I am receiving demand notices and I had replied twice and enclosed copy of tax deposit proof as available on it website. I have acknowledged copy of reply letter, but 12-13 wala tax amounts is yet payable in the IT records. please suggest suitable action for me. would be obliged for your support.

14 March 2015 Had you filed rectification against intimation of demand you are getting from Income Tax Department? After filing rectification, you will get fresh intimation. Still not rectified you may approach concerned Income Tax jurisdiction. You may get help and write us at info@wealth4india.com
