24 February 2015 I want to file itr for Ay 2011-12 can i file and since no notice has been recieved from it department.

24 February 2015 Belated return can be filed with in 1 year from the complete of assessment year. for assessment year 2011-12 the last date of filling belated return is 31/03/2013

so already time limit is crossed, you cannot file now. incase notice you received from department for non filling, in response to that you can file the same
