one assesse filled his itr but not submit that itr at Bangalore, now he wants to fill new itr with new data. is it possible to fill new itr ?

It is better to file the Return manually now . You can file the return in your local/jurisdictional IT Office. Original return is not accepted at e-filing website once it has already been filed there.

See the conditions for revising return are
1. Original return must be filed in due date
If so....
2. Revised return can be filed within one year from the end of relevant A.Y OR before completion off assessment which is earlier.
