Dear sir
my uncle is a labour contracter.in p.y 2013-14 he earan rs.9,15,200 and his payement to worker ,salary, oth exp aruond 7,00,000.
his TDS DEDUCTED 9152 U/S 194C.
I WANT TO REFUND THAT AMOUNT?
WHICH ITR I FILL?
IS BOOK OF ACOUNT MADE COMPULSARY?
any other suggestion which is imp for me

so as u said for turnover of 915200 8% income will be around 70k to 80k
