there is nothing called special income tax return.

Income Tax return is Income Tax Return no Specialty is there.

income tax return is not the special . only one exemption case may possible when a person left the india and ITO suspect that he have the current F y tax liability then he can not come back in india in future. he told him to file the return of current F Y in Current A Y.
