03 August 2014 I got my form 16 after 31st july..which is not even signed and stamped also..tds deducted on my salary paid in july..so what should I do now..

First confirm the TDS showing in form 16 is matching with TDS shown in Form 26AS, if it is matching then nothing to worry.

And second, you can ask your employer for the signature and stamp in Form 16.

03 August 2014 Agree with learned expert. Additionally, also request for form 16 generated from TRACES website. Since the due date is over you have to file Belated Return u/s 139(4). You can file return u/s 139(4) upto 31.03.2015 without any penalty. So take your time get the Form 16 part B signed and also take form 16 generated from site. Then match with 26AS and file your return.
