my brother had refund amount at the time of refund by cheque we are not there at home the sent reverse to cpc.my brother went AO he said write a letter to cpc for refund reissue. can any body provide format of request letter for refund reissue and for wrong a/c number given when refund amount is there when there is direct credit to account.

For change of account no you have to file 154 rectification request. In case of you filed your return through e-filing then there is an option for re-send of refund request at "My account" option after you loged into your account you use that option. But you want to change your account no so then you have to file rectification request u/s154 so file it through your account in such case you need not to request for re-send of refund.
