Dear Sirs,
I have to file return of A.Y 2009-2010.
Can i File now. The income is not from Salary it is from Others Sources (Commission)
and I have to claim Refund for the same now.

No you can file IT return of AY 2009-10 as the same is now time barred. Last date of filing was 31.03.2011.
To claim the refund only way is to invoke section 119(2)(b) i.e., application for condonation of delay.
