Dear Experts, Any luck for filing my ITR for AY 2015-16 now?

If the Assessing Officer allows you then u can do so. U need to made an application to ur AO for that.

Provided you have any refund claim, request for condonation for non-filing of ITR can be placed u/s. 119(2)(b) of IT act.
