My Earning is from salary. My salary part includes with HRA and received Rs.30000/- . I have been paying house rent to House owner (the sum of Rs.70000/-) more than my HRA. Can I take any exemption

you can claim the HRA give the rent paid proof to employer, they will deduct the tax after HRA dedcution.
