Sir i am a CA Student i completed my Article ship and doing as a employee from 2 years, I want to do my own professional life .

If you are a commerce graduate you can register with CIT as income tax practitioner.
The Person who has acquired a Degree in Commerce or Law from Recognized Universities [vide Clause (vi) of Sub-section (2) of Section 288 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 read with Rule 51 of the Income Tax Rules, 1962.
For GST practicner registrater in GST Portal.
The Person who has acquired a Degree in Commerce or Law from Recognized Universities [vide Clause (vi) of Sub-section (2) of Section 288 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 read with Rule 51 of the Income Tax Rules, 1962.
