27 February 2020 Our one client taken ITC for the month of december 2018 in his GSTR-3B filed on dated 22.01.2019. but Seller filed GSTR-1 for the period of december 2018 on dated 25.2.2019. so query is Our client claimed ITC is valid or not?

27 February 2020 It is valid only to the extent of 10%.
As per new rule w.e.f. 01 Jan 2020, provisional ID against those invoices not appearing in GSTR 2A, ITC can be availed only 10% of the amount not in 2A
