Dear Team,
we started in Branch office in Haryana and GST also Registration done .there is no sales in Branch office only . Now ITC Balance is very high amount is there . can you suggest how to Refund that ITC ...

No, you cant claim refund of ITC. You should plan to make some outward supply from that branch.
