Itc on rcm and purchases

19 September 2017 Sir in july gstr3b return 4(a)(3) Inward supplies liable to reverse charge (other than 1 & 2 above) i have not taken ITC for rcm and i have forgot to take other ITC also for some purchases from registered person.

Now my query is as gstr1 and 2 due dates are extended and gstr3b aug is 20th sep. can i take input credit of rcm of july month and aug month both in august gstr3b in 4(a)(3) Inward supplies liable to reverse charge (other than 1 & 2 above) and also other itc of some purchases from registered person which i didnt take in july return

or

I have to pay august rcm in cash in august gstr3b return and have to claim in next month. please clarify.

19 September 2017 As gstr1 and 2 due dates are extended claim it in these returns of the respective month it is allowed.

19 September 2017 Sir Aug rcm have to paid in cash and the same can adjust to setoff other libalitites? or i can setoff without paying in cash. Also july and aug rcm both i have to claim in which table 4(a)(3) Inward supplies liable to reverse charge (other than 1 & 2 above) or other itc as i paid july rcm in cash

19 September 2017 Aug rcm have to paid in cash and the same can adjust to setoff other liabilities.
Table 4(a)(3) Inward supplies liable to reverse charge (other than 1 & 2 above) is the right one.

19 September 2017 i have not paid Aug rcm in cash. So tomorrow when i return file gstr3b you saying same can be setoff to other liabilities in same month? so it will be nil effect? if i put the rcm amount in this table 4(a)(3) Inward supplies liable to reverse charge (other than 1 & 2 above) and in 3 (d) table than how will i pay in cash?

19 September 2017 if u claim in same month ur liability.will arise in negative figures. in tax cash paid column ... which is required.to pay in cash.only... it.will nil effect after u pay the same rcm
