Dear Sir A landlord GST registered in delhi. but his property is located in Gurgaon.the brokerage GST registered in Delhi and invoice raise to landlord on brokerage charge with IGST @18% of place of supply gurgaon. can a landlord claim ITC under IGST. Plz confirm me.
