Sir, Can we avail unclaimed ITC pertaining to the purchase of machinery in Dec 2017, now ( in Jan 2019 Rtn ) Pls. Advice.

Yes. Please include in next months Gstr 3B. ITC credits which are missed eligible for credit upto 31.3.19. Credit would be for 18-19 and not for 17-18.
