25 October 2021 Sir, one of my client has been dealing in sanitarywares. He imports goods from other state and pays carriage inward. Whether he can claim ITC charged in transportaion bill ?

25 October 2021 Yes ITC can be claimed on transport bill where 12% GST is charged.
RCM applicable in case of 5% GST charged.
