Sir, one of my client has been dealing in sanitarywares. He imports goods from other state and pays carriage inward. Whether he can claim ITC charged in transportaion bill ?

Yes ITC can be claimed on transport bill where 12% GST is charged.
RCM applicable in case of 5% GST charged.
RCM applicable in case of 5% GST charged.
