ITC OF FY 2017-18

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the eligibility of Input Tax Credit (ITC) for purchases made in the 2017-18 financial year. Even if a supplier filed their March 2018 GSTR-1 return late (on 25 August 2019), the buyer who availed ITC based on their purchase document before March 2018 is generally eligible. Any late filing fees or interest would typically be borne by the seller.

06 May 2021 Your are eligible for ITC. For late filing fees and interest might have been collected from your seller.
