ITC not availed in FY 17-18 & 18-19

Party had imported goods but not paid RCM on ocean freight. If Party pay now RCM on ocean freight of FY 17-18 & FY 18-19 with interest then can party claim ITC of FY 17-18 & 18-19 ?

ITC of FY 17-18 not available. ITC of FY 18-19 can be claimed now.

Sir can you please tell me how can we claim ITC of Fy 18-19 as we can claim ITC upto 30th Sep 2019

ITC can NOT be claimed now. Wait if the window to claim same gets opened up in due course.
