18 December 2019 TAKEN AS A NEW FILE, PREVIOUS CONSULTANT DID WRONGLY FILED OUTWARD SUPPLIES AND ALSO INPUT CLAIM TAKEN WRONGLY. OMITTED MORE PURCHASE BILL AND DIDNOT TAKE ITC.
BUT HE FILED THE RETURN UP TO SEPTEMBER 2019 . ALL RETURNS FOR THE FY 2018-2019 ITC HAS TAKEN WRONGLY. MORE THEN 20 LAKHS ITC OMITTED. CAN YOU GIVE ANY SUGGESTION FOR THIS CASE?
PLEASE GIVE ANY SUGGESTION FOR CLAIMING ITC 20 LAKHS FOR THE YEAR FY 18-19

19 December 2019 you can wait for thee window to be opened for 2018-19 for revision/rectification

19 December 2019 OK Sir. But how can I file oct return? Can I take ITC amount 18-19 in October 3B

20 December 2019 not now. Once the window is opened by the gst site, then you have to do that

04 February 2020 Dear sir I have one doubt. March 2019 return filed on November 2019 and paid the tax after deduction of ITC from Outward Tax. Department issue notice for Inadmissable of ITC claim on March 2019 due to filing on Nov 2019.
Can you suggest any idea ? sir

05 February 2020 Department has as if disallowed ITC. If you have the proper details of ITC, you can appear before the GST officer and ask him to grant ITC (Which according to him may NOT be auto populated)
